Own Sky is a digital platform for personalised astrological interpretations (“Own Sky”, “we”). The platform is operated by [OWN SKY OPERATOR]. The seller in every purchase is Dodo Payments, as merchant of record (see section 7). Contact: [email protected].

1. About Own Sky

Own Sky is a digital platform that lets users create and purchase personalised astrology reports based on birth details and other information they enter. Reports may include natal interpretations and analyses of relationships, career and leadership, current cycles and periods, as well as other related astrological content.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using the site, creating an account or purchasing digital content, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any relevant terms shown immediately before purchase. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

3. Age requirement

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

4. Information you enter

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including your name and date, time and place of birth. Incorrect or incomplete information may change the astrological calculation and the content of the report. Own Sky is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect information entered by the user.

If you enter another person’s details, for example for a relationship dynamics report, you confirm that you have the right and an appropriate legal basis to provide that information. Do not enter another person’s details if you do not have their permission or another valid legal basis.

5. How a report is created

Own Sky uses software-calculated astrological data and automated systems to structure and write the text of the interpretation. The automated systems are not meant to invent astrological facts on their own; the interpretation is based on previously calculated data and the system’s rules. Astrological interpretation is nevertheless interpretive by nature and not a scientifically guaranteed forecast.

6. Nature of astrological content

Own Sky content is intended for personal insight, reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, financial, investment, tax, safety or other professional advice, and it should not be used as the sole or decisive basis for important life decisions.

Own Sky does not guarantee that any particular event will happen, that any particular outcome will be achieved, or that every interpretation will feel accurate or relevant to you. 7. Purchases and digital content

Purchased reports are digital content. Before you place an order, the product name, tier, price and relevant delivery information are shown. When digital content is created or delivered immediately, you are asked for separate, express consent for performance to begin before the statutory withdrawal period ends, and for confirmation that you understand the consequences of that consent. The seller in every purchase on Own Sky is Dodo Payments, as merchant of record: it charges the price, issues the receipt, calculates and pays sales taxes, carries out refunds when they are approved and handles disputed payments (chargebacks). Dodo’s buyer terms, shown on the payment page, also apply to the purchase and the payment. Own Sky creates and delivers the digital content.

8. Delivery

A digital report is delivered through your user profile, an access link, a download or another electronic method stated at purchase. Where an approximate preparation time is given, it is an estimate unless it is expressly marked as binding. If the content is not delivered or does not conform to the contract, you keep all rights you have under mandatory law.

You are responsible for keeping the access details for your account safe. If you suspect unauthorised access, let us know immediately. We may restrict or suspend access to protect an account, prevent misuse or comply with legal obligations.

The site design, brand, text templates, graphics, code and other elements of Own Sky are protected by the applicable intellectual property rights. Buying a report gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the report for your own purposes. It does not give you the right to resell it, distribute it widely or use it as your own commercial product.

12. Availability and changes to the service

We may change features, design or the technical infrastructure of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. If a change affects digital content you have already paid for or your consumer rights, the relevant legal rules will apply.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Own Sky is not liable for decisions a user makes in reliance on an astrological interpretation, for subjective dissatisfaction with an interpretation, or for indirect or consequential damage that does not result from a breach of mandatory legal obligations. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14. Complaints and support

For problems with delivery, access, payment or conformity of digital content, contact us at [email protected]. We handle complaints in accordance with the applicable consumer protection rules. Refunds are carried out by Dodo Payments, as the seller — see Refunds and Withdrawal.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, except where the mandatory rules of the consumer’s country give the consumer additional rights that cannot be excluded by contract. Before starting a dispute, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve it amicably. Consumers may also use available out-of-court consumer dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. A new version applies from the publication date shown at the top of the document, unless otherwise required. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated in an appropriate way.
